Tehran, June 6, IRNA – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh on Sunday condemned a deadly terrorist attack in Burkina Faso.

More than 100 civilians were killed in a terrorist attack on a village on Burkina Faso’s joint border with Mali and Niger.

Khatibzadeh expressed deep regret about the sad incident, saying Iran is ready to share experiences with African countries, including Burkina Faso, in the fight against terrorism.  

The Iranian spokesman also sympathized with the government of Burkina Faso and the families of the victims.
