Tehran, April 6, IRNA – Government Spokesman Ali Rabiei in a twitter message on Tuesday wrote that Iran is currently neither optimistic, nor pessimistic about the outcome of the Vienna nuclear talks, but still believes is surely paving the right path.

Rabiei wrote: Presently we are neither optimistic, nor pessimistic about the outcome of the Vienna nuclear negotiations but we are sure we are in the right path.

And if the will, seriousness and frankness of the US is proved, it will be a good sign for the future of this agreement resulting in its final full implementation in upcoming weeks, he added.

The 18th Regular Joint Session of Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was convened in the Austrian capital city, Vienna, on Tuesday in the presence of the Iranian and the G4+1 delegations.

Deputy Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi led the Iranian delegation and Deputy Secretary General of the EU for Foreign Actions Enrique Mora was present in the meeting on behalf of the EU trio.

Delegations from Britain, France, Germany, Russia and China, too, were present in the meeting.
