Moscow, Feb 8, IRNA – Iran, and Russia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday to conduct and develop research on COVID-19.

Head of Food and Drug Administration of Iran Mohammad Reza Shanehsaz, as Iran’s representative, has signed the MoU at the Gamaleya Institute in Moscow. 

During the meeting, both sides called for further boosting bilateral relations.

 On February 4, the first cargo of Russia's COVID-19 vaccine arrived in Tehran by Iranian airline.
