Tehran, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esma’eel Baghayi has extended congratulations to Muslims worldwide on the start of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a post shared on his official X account on Saturday, Baqayi marked the occasion by reciting a prayer from Al-Sahifa al-Sajjadiyya, congratulating all Muslims, particularly the Iranian people, on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan.
Muslims in Iran will begin fasting for Ramadan on Sunday.
