The flooding occurred on Kandovan Road at 8:30 PM on June 13, 2024. It happened in the village of Foshkour in the Marzanabad district, northern Iran, where the Chalus River overflowed, leading to a flood that blocked the Kandovan Road. Sixteen people were reported injured in the affected area. The flood also swept away three unoccupied cars.
