Qizqaleh Si dam, a joint water project between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan, was opened before noon on Sunday (May 19, 2024) in the presence of President Ebrahim Raisi and Azeri President Ilham Aliyev, the presidents of the two countries, in Khoda'afarin, East Azerbaijan province.
