The Israeli military said there was a suspected drone attack targeting the base, Al Jazeera reported, citing Israeli media.
It added that a military building was damaged in the attack. No injuries have been reported.
The regime’s military also said that soldiers identified a “suspicious aerial target” that entered the Israeli-occupied territories from the east which impacted “in the Eilat Bay area".
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has claimed responsibility for the attack.
