Tehran, IRNA - Sirens have sounded off in northern Israeli-occupied territories near the Lebanese border following missile attacks on Israeli military positions.

Israeli sources said on Saturday that sirens were heard in Zionist settlements close to the border with Lebanon, Al-Mayadeen reported.

Al-Mayadeen also reported a missile strike towards the occupied Galilee and the explosion of missiles over the region's sky.

An Israeli military outpost in the Wadi al-Saluki district in southern Lebanon also reportedly came under artillery attack.
