The signing ceremony was held by Behrouz Minaei, the secretary of Iran’s headquarters of development of technologies in AI and robotics, and Andrey Neznamov, the chairman of Russia’s Commission on Ethics in AI, according to the IRNA Saturday report.
According to Iran’s Vice Presidency for Scientific and Technological Affairs, the mutual agreement between the two countries aims to enhance cooperation in related issues through exchanging ideas, information, and Islamic ethics with regard to principles of equality.
As part of this mutual agreement, Russian experts will conduct short-term courses for the staff of the Iranian vice-presidency.
