According to the Palestinian Sama news agency, Israeli soldiers shot live rounds at Palestinians heading to an aid truck in Kuwait Square in Gaza City, a second such attack in the area this week.
According to this report, a number of aid-seekers were injured in the shooting.
The Palestinian government's information office in Gaza also announced the attack on Palestinian civilians when they arrived at Kuwait Square to receive food aid.
This is part of an Israeli attempt to push Gaza into famine, perpetuate the blockade and unwillingness to end disaster, the information office said in a statement, adding that Palestinians hold the United States, the occupying regime and the international community responsible for the worsening humanitarian conditions in Gaza Strip.
Since Thursday, Israeli forces have opened fire on aid-seekers thrice, massacring more than 130 people.
UN and aid agencies have already warned of looming famine in Gaza amid shortages of food and other essentials there that have resulted in many deaths due to acute malnutrition and dehydration.
