Iran’s ambassador to ChinaMohsen Bakhtiar, wrote on his account on the X on Friday that a group of ambassadors, businesspersons and cultural officials were also present in the ceremony in Beijing.
Bakhtiar said , however, that Li was the special guest of the ceremony.
