Tehran, IRNA – Iran will not support military action against Afghanistan's territorial integrity by any group, Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul has said.

As it was mentioned in the meeting with the deputy prime minister of the Taliban for political affairs, Iran will not support military action against Afghanistan's territorial integrity by any group.

According to media reports, the deputy prime minister of the Taliban for political affairs, Mohammed Abdul Kabir, met on Monday with Iran’s special envoy to Afghanistan Hassan Kazemi Qomi in Kabul.

This Taliban political leader referred to the terrorist group Daesh as Iran’s and Afghanistan’s shared enemy.
