A last training session of the national Iranian football team before it departs for Qatar to participate in the Asian Nations Cup was held on January 7, 2023 at Kish Olympic Stadium in southern Iran. The Team Melli will leave for Qatar on Monday and will play its first match against Palestine on January 14.
