A ceremony to mark the fourth martyrdom anniversary of Iran’s top commander, Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, was held in the capital Tehran on January 3. President Ebrahim Raisi attended the ceremony that was held at Tehran’s grand mosque, Imam Khomeini Mosalla.
