Tehran, IRNA – The short documentary film ‘The Beating Heart of the Middle East,’ directed and produced by Rama Nami, has grabbed the best movie award from the International Festival of Short Films on Cultural Tourism (IFFC), India.

According to the official website of International Festival of Short films on Cultural Tourism (IFFC) , the he IFFC is an International event to showcase and recognize authentic, artistic, effective and informative short films on culture and tourism.

The IFFC is a festival of short films based on culture and tourism, that was held in the first week of December 2023, in Uttar Pradesh (India).

The short documentary film ‘The Beating Heart of the Middle East,’ directed and produced by Rama Nami, is scheduled to have its international debut at the fourth Inner City Short Film Festival in the United States.

In the 18-minute documentary, Nami's research and visual storytelling portray various facets of Dubai. The film's poster was designed by Bahareh Sabaghi.

This festival, focusing on topics related to urban life and city culture, will take place on November 4 in Los Angeles, the United States.

The Inner City Short Film Festival is all about storytelling and the documentation, exhibition, collection, preservation and study of the stories not only the filmmakers will share, but every awardee, presenter, viewer, and participant will share.
