Tehran, IRNA – The Zionist regime has ordered the evacuation of 14 more settlements in the north on Lebanon’s border as tensions escalate between the regime and Lebanese Resistance Movement Hezbollah, media outlets reported.

According to Beirut-based Arabic news network Al Mayadeen cited by the IRNA on Sunday, She'ar Yashuv, Beit Hillel, Haoshrim, Liman, Eilon, Gornot HaGalil, and 8 more settlements on Lebanon’s border are now under evacuation orders issued by the Israeli military.

The Zionist media previously said that a plan was underway to evacuate 28 settlements on Lebanon’s border that would affect tens of thousands of Israeli settlers.

They also said that the plan had caused uproar among Israelis in the north, who have described it as low level.

Tensions have remained high between Israel and Hezbollah ever since the regime launched its war on Palestinians in the Gaza Strip two weeks ago, with clashes sometimes taking place between the two sides.

Hezbollah expressed support for Operation Al-Aqsa Storm launched by the Palestinian Resistance Movement Hamas against the occupying regime and said that it would stand by the Palestinians.
