The top Iranian diplomat arrived in Doha on Saturday night for a visit at the invitation of his Qatari counterpart Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.
Amirabdollahian will hold talks with Qatari officials about issues of mutual concern as well as regional issues especially the war in the Gaza Strip where Palestinians are targeted by relentless Israeli attacks.
The Iranian foreign minister began his regional tour on Thursday by visiting Iraq. He then traveled to Syria and Lebanon.
