Tehran, IRNA – The conflict between Gaza-based resistance fronts and the Israeli regime could force the United States to make tough decisions about which ally gets its supplies of ammunition, according to an article.

Business Insider argued that while the US has focused on the issue of military aid to Ukraine since the beginning of the war in February last year, the new confrontations in and around the Gaza Strip could change that course.

No country has received as much military assistance from the US as the Zionist regime in recent decades. Yet the war in Ukraine shifted Washington’s attention and weapons away from the Middle East.

However, after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas launched a large-scale operation against the Tel Aviv regime on Saturday, the Biden administration pledged unwavering support for the regime.

In January, The New York Times reported that the US was drawing artillery shells from a little-known stockpile of ammunition, located in the Israeli-occupied territories, and providing them to Ukraine.

But now experts believe that the United States must choose which ally to help: Ukraine or Israel.
