Tehran, IRNA - A Zionist media outlet has argued that due to widespread disputes and crises in the ranks of the Israeli army, which negatively affect the regime’s deterrence in the face of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, the army has become embroiled in a quagmire; so, it is incapable of taking any decision to confront the growing power of Hezbollah movement.

According to Israel Hayom cited by the IRNA on Tuesday, the Zionist regime’s army has got involved in strong political clashes in recent weeks, because recent controversy over the so-called reform of the judicial system of the regime caused circumstances, which prompted reserve officers to refuse military service, while advocates of the changes criticize the chief of staff and army officers.

The Zionist newspaper also wrote that Hezbollah and its supporters are pushing their way forward, deploying their forces on border areas, disrupting the security of Israeli settlements, and waiting for an opportunity to strike the regime.

The daily further pointed to statements made by Secretary-General of Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah, who emphasized that the Zionist regime has been weakened and that it is experiencing its darkest days.
