Khazaei is the first and only professional bodybuilding judge of the National Physique Committee (NPC) in Iran.
The 2023 NPC Worldwide Armenia Pro Qualifier brought 204 bodybuilders from Iran, France, Indonesia, Russia, Tunisia, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Iraq, Lebanon, Indonesia, Armenia, UAE, and Kuwait together in Yerevan.
The sporting event was held in Yerevan, Armenia on August 12-13.
