The Iranian president pointed to Iran's readiness to share its experiences in different fields and in the form of broadening trade cooperation and emphasized economic with Uganda.
He pointed to the commonalities between Iran and Uganda as the anti-colonial nature of the Islamic Revolution and the freedom-loving and independence-loving movement of Uganda, and said that western countries attacked are based on the family, promoting the ugly phenomenon of homosexuality, the spread of extremism and terrorism, and the use of human rights as a tool, they put pressure on independent countries.
"In this regard, the expansion of cultural interactions and cooperation between Iran and Uganda will be very fruitful in confronting the plan of the enemies of the two nations," he added.
He hailed Iran's Innovation and Technology Office in Uganda and the very good capacities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially in the fields of medicine, science and technology, and agriculture, and voiced Iran's readiness to share its experiences in these fields and in the form of developing commercial and economic cooperation with Uganda.
Raisi also welcomed the Ugandan president's proposal about using Iran's experiences to process and create added value in the energy sector and emphasized Iran's readiness in this field.
President Yoweri Museveni, while expressing his satisfaction with the visit of the Islamic President of Iran, emphasized his country's interest in promoting economic cooperation with Iran in various fields.
