Tehran, IRNA – Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Mahdi Esmaili says that efforts will be made for exploiting Iran-Venezuela's joint paper production plant.

Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Esmaili said that the Iranian paper production technical team will be sent to Venezuela to evaluate the paper production facilities and machines.

Due to its favorable climate, the paper factory was built in Venezuela and the Venezuelan government allocated 400,000 hectares of forest to this factory.

The requirements and machinery for launching this factory are available, he noted.

Since Venezuela is under sanctions, it needed working capital, which is provided in Tehran, he stressed.
