Ghalibaf made the remarks in a meeting with Secretary General of the Islamic Jihad Movement of Palestine Ziyad Al-Nakhaleh in Tehran on Saturday.
He described Palestine as the priority of the Islamic world and called it a flagbearer of the Resistance Front.
Islamic Revolution awakened the Islamic Ummah with a spirit of resistance based on divine traditions and by reliance on the people, said the top Iranian parliament official.
All occupied areas are now insecure for the Zionist regime, Ghalibaf said, noting that there are internal insecurity, weakening of military and security forces, economic problems, lack of identity, and many other issues that the Zionist regime has been grappling with in recent years.
Al-Nakhaleh, for his part, said that the Resistance Front, inspired and backed by the Islamic Republic of Iran, has become very strong, forcing the Zionist enemy to gradually move towards destruction.
Referring to a recent war in the Gaza strip with the Zionists, he noted that the Resistance Front in Palestine was able to target many military sites in the occupied territories and cause serious damage to the Israeli regime during the battle.
