Kazem Gharibabadi, Iranian Judiciary chief’s deputy for international affairs, made the remarks in an interview with the Iranian state TV late on Wednesday.
Gharibabadi said the fact that a criminal behind General Qassem Soleimani's assassination is in the United States and the court has no access to him will not delay the execution of justice.
He went on to say that Iran and Iraq is determined to pursue the case so that others would not date to commit the same crime in the future.
