The bill, among other things, supports Iranian nationals harmed by the sanctions and envisages a legal framework that would define reciprocal measures against behaviors violating international law, said Government Spokesman Ali Bahadori Jahromi on Saturday.
The Islamic Republic has been targeted by numerous sanctions imposed by Western states, particularly the United States, under different excuses ranging from human rights issues to Iran’s peaceful nuclear energy program.
