"The commander of Quds Force has visited the quake-stricken regions of Latakia and personally observed the distribution of Iran's humanitarian aids to quake victims," IRNA quoted an informed source as saying.
Brigadier General Qaani visited the quake-stricken provinces of Syria and the Quds Force personnel's humanitarian activities in those regions on February 17 that was three days after the deadly 7.8 Richer quake hit northern Syria.
