Islamabad, IRNA – Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari welcomed Iran-Saudi agreement to resume relations.

Pakistan's foreign minister made the remarks speaking at the 49th Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Foreign Ministers Conference in Mauritania capital city, Nouakchott.

 He said Islamabad warmly welcomes the Islamic Republic of Iran's agreement with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and China's mediation which is praiseworthy.

Referring to the challenges faced by the Islamic world, to the insecurity and economic crises in Afghanistan, occupied Palestine, and the evil phenomenon of Islamophobia, Bhutto Zardari said that the respected OIC members must condemn the repeated atrocities of the Zionist regime's armed forces in Al Aqsa Mosque and the occupied Palestine.

He reiterated it is high time to restore peace in Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Libya, and unity of the Islamic world, and the OIC must strengthen its security strategy though holding dialogues to facilitate that process.
