In an interview with IRNA on the sideline of the Third Tehran Dialogue Forum (TDF) evaluating the Tehran Summit, Hossein Bagci, said that Dialogue Forum is a very important platform to change ideas, and create some new views.
The top-level speakers contributed to more understanding, to interpret events from different perspectives, not necessarily from the Western perspective, he added.
Referring to multilateralism and being far from unilateralism in the world and the region, he highlighted that multilateralism is the common policy now from all these important big powers, from China to America, from Russia to the European Union. So Iran is a player in this game, and “I think the Iranians will contribute more than we think.”
Pointing to the Iran-Turkiye relations in solving the regional problem, he underlined that there are basically three problems including energy, migration, and cross-border terrorism.
He added that Turkiye, Iran besides Russia, are part of Astana's process and the Middle East is getting a new shape after the recent developments in the region.
So this is why Iran and Turkiye should come much more together, to have dialogue like the conference titled "create more trust", as the conference was suggesting, he underscored.
