Hakim also emphasized the significance of fostering solidity in Iraq as one of the main pillars of security and stability in the region.
He also described the regional, extra-regional and parliamentary support, security stability, and increasing Iraq's financial income as important factors which pave the way for triumph of the new Iraqi government headed by Mohammad Shia al-Sudani.
Hakim, once again, emphasized Iraq's desire to establish balanced relations with all parties based on the principle of sovereignty and realization of national interests.
He also stressed the need for Iraq's participation in several issues including tackling climate change, combating desertification and implementing economic reforms.
