Tehran, IRNA – Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Mohammad Eslami on Wednesday reacted to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), saying that the IAEA's recent published reports are derived from the official and apparent actions of the AEOI.

In reaction to the released confidential IAEA report on enrichment at the third cascade of new Natanz centrifuges, Eslami confirmed that the reports are confidential and the agency must comply with confidentiality considerations, although each time these confidential reports are made available to the media.

He added that since Iran is an official member of the IAEA and is committed to the treaties, all nuclear activities are conducted under the supervision of the agency, so Iran formally informs the agency of its intentions, plan, time of implementation, and operation.

The reports that the IAEA published in these two to three days are derived from the official and clear actions of the AEOI, he said, adding that such measures are aimed at implementing the law of strategic action and reducing the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) commitments.
