President attends new school year celebration

Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi on Saturday attended the new school year celebration to commemoration the start of the academic year in Iran.

Iran’s Minister of Science, Research, and Technology Mohammad-Ali Zolfigol, Health Minister Bahram Eynollahi, and Vice-President in Women’s and Family Affairs Ensiyyeh Khazali were also present at the celebration to commemorate the beginning of the academic year.

The school year in Iran begins on the first day of Mehr month (September 23).
