Tehran, IRNA – Head of the Center for International Affairs and Schools Abroad said that a virtual school is to be launched for Iranian expatriates and out-of-school children.

Speaking to IRNA on Sunday, Mahdi Fayyazi said that the education minister stresses launching a virtual school for Iranian expatriates and out-of-school students inside Iran.

He said that about 1,000 staff are working in Iranian schools abroad.

About 400 Iranian school teachers in foreign countries are professional and experienced teachers, he said, adding that the 600 others are local teachers.

There are about 8,500 students who study in 76 schools abroad.
