Nowruz traditions in N Iran

Nowruzkhani is a tradition in Iran where folk artists recite Nowruz-related songs in public. The tradition was practiced in Semnan, northern Iran, and performers began the ceremony from historical Arg Square and continued into the historical bazaar of Semnan. March 19, 2022. IRNA/Abed Mirmasoumi.
