Pres. Raisi congratulates Ghana Nat’l Day

Tehran, IRNA – Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi extended a message to his Ghanaian counterpart Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Saturday to congratulate him on National Day in that country.

President Raisi congratulated Ghana National Day to its government and people on Saturday.

In a message to his Ghanaian counterpart, President Raisi hoped that in light of the will of the high-ranking officials of the two states, friendly ties between the two countries would be further boosted and strengthened in all fields of interest.

Independence Day marks the declaration of independence from the UK by the Ghanaian Prime Minister Kwame Nkrumah on March 6, 1957.
