Vienna, IRNA- While comments have been made about the end of the Vienna talks, a source close to negotiations told IRNA that disputes with the US are still open.

The source said that there will not be an agreement unless all sides agree on all issues.

Earlier, the head of the French negotiating team thanked the European representatives for their efforts over the past 11 months.

At the same time senior Russian negotiator Mikhail Ulyanov wrote that a long and exhausting marathon was almost over.

The success or failure of the negotiations to remove sanctions, which began on December 27, depends solely on the political decisions of the West. If the Western parties make the necessary decisions a few remaining issues can be resolved and a final agreement reached within a few days.
