The European troika, instead of their repeated scenario to introduce Iran as a guilty, should be more serious and determined to recognize the United States as the main cause of the current situation, Ali Bagheri Kani, Iran's top negotiator, has said, according to IRNA correspondent in Vienna.
After unconstructive statement released by the three European countries, Bagheri Kani said certain players insist on blaming instead of following real diplomacy.
Iran present its proposed texts early about the revival of articles of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the top negotiator said adding that Islamic Republic through flexible and constructive ways made effort to "narrow gaps".
However, the European troika through its statement under the viewpoints of the US tried to direct the process of talks to the interest of the US policies, he added.
Reportedly, senior French, German and British diplomats have ignored the US destructive role in the process of implementation of the July 2015 nuclear deal, aka JCPOA, and claimed baselessly that Iran is an obstacle to proceed the talks.
The European troika released such a statement despite their so-called benevolent gesture.
In his remarks, Bagheri Kani has described "diplomacy" as a two-way street. He says if there were determination to compensate for the losses and correct the mistakes, the way to achieve a good agreement would be paved soon.
Although the United States has expressed willingness to return to the deal and lift the sanctions, it, as the main cause of the current situation, has not taken any practical and touchable measure yet.
Once, Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Mohammad Eslami said that the Vienna talks are on the return of the US to the nuclear deal and that the United States has to lift all sanctions.
Removal of the sanctions has to be practical and to have the possibility to be verified, Eslami said.
Iran and 4+1 resumed talks on November 29 in Vienna to work on the text and make effort to settle disagreements.
