Tehran, IRNA – Iran's Kish Air will resume flights between Kish in the south of the country and Muscat in Oman.

The event will happen for the first time that Iran's Kish will transfer passengers and foreign tourists to different parts of the country, a senior commercial official at Kish Air has said.

Adel Nourali hoped such a plan would not only develop tourism but also attract foreign tourists.

Coincident with the end of the fifth peak of the coronavirus and the start of issuing tourist visas, a project on connecting Persian Gulf in south of the country to the Caspian Sea in north entered into the operational phase, the official added.

According to the project, the foreign passengers and tourists will be transferred to different parts of Iran through the southern Island of Kish.
