Int’l confab on Molana in northwest Iran

Ardebil, IRNA – The fourth international conference on Persian Poet Molana Rumi was held on Monday at the University of Mohaghegh Ardabili in this northwestern Iranian province.

University professors, students and religious and scientific elites were present in the conference.

The aim behind holding such a conference which had been planned since a year ago was to introduce Molana’s thoughts, secretary of the conference Ramin Moharrami said.

Molana Jalaluddin Muhammad Rumi (1207-1273) is a great Persian poet well known for its Masnavi.
