Moscow, IRNA – Countries that have not condemned terrorist acts against the Iranian nuclear site have no authority to comment on the visit, said Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Mohammad Eslami on Tuesday in Moscow in response to the recent US statement about U.N. nuclear watchdog access.

Eslami said to reporters that Russia is a member of the P4 +1 and that he would discuss the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) with his Russian counterpart in today's talks.

Iran must stop denying the U.N. nuclear watchdog access to a workshop making centrifuge parts as agreed two weeks ago or face diplomatic retaliation at the agency's Board of Governors within days, the United States said on Monday.

Eslami arrived at Moscow on Tuesday in an official visit and was welcomed by Iranian Ambassador to Moscow Kazem Jalali, staff of Iranian Embassy, and officials from Russia’s Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation.

He is going to have a meeting with ROSATOM president Alexey Likhachev.

They will discuss latest developments and cooperation between AEOI and ROSATOM.
