Reza Mohammad Khabbaz said on Wednesday that Parsa Alavi, a was a member Iran’s team of six in this global competition.
The Olympiad was held on August 25-30 and Alavi received the global silver medal.
Alavi has also received a gold medal in previous national science Olympiads in Iran.
