Deputy Director of Research and Technology of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, northeastern Iran, Mohsen Tafaghodi, said on Sunday that this MoU was inked in a virtual meeting, in which some university officials took part.
He added that the aim of signing this MoU between the universities is expanding joint cooperation for mutual benefit from the scientific and scholarly capacities of the two sides.
Expanding scientific cooperation with regard to all resources and technical possibilities, production, manpower, experience, and expertise of both sides are among the aims of this agreement, Tafaghodi said.
Ghalib University has financial aid programs and on-campus housing and ranked 16th in Afghanistan and 12878th in the world in 2021.
