Jalali made the remarks while attending polling station in Moscow to cast vote in Iran's 13th presidential election which is being held simultaneously across Iran and other 133 world countries.
At the station, Jalali called on all Iranian nationals to participate in the decisive election.
The ambassador also thanked the Police of Russia and the country's Foreign Ministry for having good cooperation with Iran's Embassy in Moscow and Iran's Consulates General in Russian cities to hold election.
Jalali further said health protocols are being followed at the polling stations.
As the ambassador announced, Iran's presidential election began in four Russian cities - Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan and Astrakhan - at 08:00 hours local time in Moscow.
According to election headquarters in Iran's Ministry of Interior, 59,310,307 are eligible to vote.
