According to Asia Rugby Confederation, Sami'nia has a record of organizing matches and is a member of the Rugby Association Development and Talent Committee.
She has been selected as a key member of the Asia Rugby Development Committee.
Sami'nia will represent the Western Asian nations.
The committee includes representatives from Nepal, Syria, Japan, Bangladesh and Malaysia.
