Tehran, March 11, IRNA – One Belt, One Road (OBOR) initiative is not limited to road and transportation infrastructure; it’s rather a full package that serves as the beginning of long-term cooperation in all areas with China, said Iran’s Minister of Economy Farhad Dejpasand on Monday.

Speaking during a conference in Tehran participated by Chinese ambassador in Iran Pang Sen to review the initiative, Dejpasand said that OBOR includes bilateral cooperation on different areas, including road, oil and gas, energy, tourism, money and finance.

Iran has a long-term look at relations with China, the minister said.

OBOR initiative was proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013 to improve cooperation among Asia, Europe and Africa in coordinating policies, facilitating trade and financial cooperation.
