Tehran, April 16, IRNA – Armenians living in Tehran staged a gathering Wednesday in protest at the crimes committed by terrorists against Syrian people.

The protesters gathered near United Nations Office in Tehran on Wednesday morning and condemned the offenses committed against Syrian people including Armenians during the Syrian crisis.



Iranian Armenians in a statement asked the international community including the United Nations to stop violence against civilians by the terrorist groups in Syria.



Recent media reports and news about an attack on a church and exhuming of a priest's tomb in Syria showed the problematic situation of civilian people including the minorities, there.



The crimes committed by the terrorists affiliated to some western and Arab countries operating in Syria, prompted huge reactions across the world.
