Salehi made the remarks in a message commemorating the 35th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
The Islamic Revolution's experiences and its sacred defense culture have prepared the ground for promotion of defense readiness of the armed forces, he added.
Iranians annually celebrate the Islamic Revolution's victory anniversary on February 11 (Bahman 22) nationwide.
