Yumeri region’s scenic nature

In continuation of Jahanbin Mountain in the south of Shahrekord, a long mountain range stretches toward the southeast after Tang Kharaghi. This mountain range continues up to Halvai mountain pass and is one of the central mountains of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province.One of the most important and beautiful peaks of this mountain is Yumeri Mountain, which is 3,180 meters high and is located in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. Yumeri waterfall located on this mountain is one of the scenic and natural landscapes of the province, which is one of the important natural tourist and climber destinations in spring.

Raisi inaugurates projects in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province

During his one-day provincial visit to Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province in southwestern Iran, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi inaugurated and put into operation some infrastructure projects such as the Ghadir (Baba Heidar) Reservoir Dam and residential units under the National Housing Movement. "Bard Shir" symbol of Bakhtiari people in Iran

One of the customs of Bakhtiari nomads is to put up a stone lion on top of the tombstone of ever-lasting eminent people of the tribe. Bakhtiari people erect the lion stone which is the symbol of bravery, valor, and characteristics such as skills at hunting and shooting in war as well as horseback riding on top of the gravestone of that group of people. National Rafting Championship in Southwestern Iran

Rafting on rubber boats on a wild river is very popular in Iranian rivers such as Zayandeh-Rood. National Rafting Championship also known as the white water rafting competitions were held in the Zayandeh-Rood River, in Saman County, Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari Province.
