Tehran, IRNA – Foreign ministers of Iran, Syria, Turkiye and Russia on Wednesday issued a joint statement at the end of their quartet meeting in Moscow, stressing the importance of respecting Syria’s territorial integrity and boosting international aid to the war-torn country.
