A ceremony was held on Monday in the Iranian city of Qom, south of the capital Tehran, to celebrate the graduation of students from 19 countries, who studied at universities across the Islamic Republic. Tehran, IRNA – More than 94,000 foreign students are studying at Iran’s universities, 24 percent (27,000 students) of whom are studying at public universities, a deputy minister said.
