London, IRNA- Britain, France and Germany, known as the European troika or E3, have circulated an anti-Iran draft resolution ahead of the meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Board of Governors next week, despite US opposition, three diplomats told Reuters on Wednesday night.
